Stay at Home 2.0 in NH

Governor Chris Sununu announced the implementation of a modified stay-at-home order with guidance for any business in NH.

Governor Chris Sununu unveiled the new Stay At Home 2.0. The updated guidance includes "Universal Guidance" for any business that is currently open, or will be opening soon. The Universal Guidance serves as the "bare minimum standards." Labor and consumer experts have speculated that consumers and employees will expect much higher infectious disease control standards for the duration of the COVID-19 crisis. The Governor's office also issued specific guidance for a variety of industries, that must be adhered. This is in addition to previous guidance from federal regulators.
